玉柴船舶动力股份有限公司（简称：玉柴船动）由珠海市乾盛投资管理有限公司、广西玉柴机器集团有限公司和广东世荣兆业股份有限公司共同投资，成立于2009年，公司位于珠海市富山工业园。项目计划总投资25亿，其中一期已经完成投资12亿元。自2014年以来，公司连续4次被评为广东省“高新技术企业”。公司是广东省专精特新企业，珠海市战略性新兴产业实施重点企业，公司技术中心是珠海市重点企业技术中心，低速机一期项目被列为广东省“调结构，促增长”重点项目之一。
玉柴船动具备WIN GD、MAN ES二冲程发动机生产许可，可生产制造YCMP-WIN GD系列和YCMP-MAN系列船用低速发动机。产品广泛应用于散货船、集装箱船、油轮、LNG运输船、汽车运输船、化学品船、工程船、大型渔船等各类船舶。公司首台船用低速机于2011年11月11日成功动车，2015年6月，公司生产的世界首台投入商业运营的5RT-flex50DF双燃料低速发动机成功交验。
玉柴船动拥有一流的机床设备，便利的港池码头运输条件；打造全方位的服务支持体系，为客户提供完善的技术支持与售后保障服务。公司承建了港珠澳大桥三分之二的桥梁吊具以及岛隧的高精度模板制造，为港珠澳大桥的建设立下了汗马功劳。公司以“一业为主，多元发展”为经营方针，形成了船用发动机、大型钢结构与机加工、发电机组等三大业务板块。

Yuchai Marine Power Co., Ltd.("YCMP" for short) was invested by Zhuhai Qiansheng Investment Management Co., Ltd, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group Co., Ltd and Guangdong Shirong Zhaoye Co., Ltd., in 2009. YCMP is located in Zhuhai Fushan Industrial Park with a plan of total investment of RMB 2.5 billion, including RMB 1.2 billion invested in the first phase project. Appraised as Guangdong High-tech Enterprise in 2014, YCMP is a key enterprise of Zhuhai’s strategic emerging industry, its technology department is listed among those of key enterprises of Zhuhai, and its first phase low-speed engine project is one of the key projects of Guangdong Province for “Structure Adjustment and Growth Promotion”.
YCMP has the production license from WinGD and MAN ES for producing YCMP-WINGD and YCMP-MAN series marine low speed engine.The products are widely used for various ships such as bulk carrier, container vessel, oil tanker,LNG carrier, RORO, chemical vessel,engineering vessel andlarge fishing vessel etc. The first marine low-speed diesel engine of YCMP was started in November 11th2011. In June2015, the world’s first dual fuel 5RT-Flex50DF low speed engine was successfully delivered.
YCMP owns first-class machine tools and a wharf with convenient shipment conditions.The company has created a comprehensive service support system,Which can provide customers with comprehensive technical support and after-sales services.The company has built two-thirds of the lifting device of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the high-precision template of the island tunnel, which has made great contributions to the project of the bridge construction.
